It features a simple Velcro closing system that is practical and quick to adjust. Its 3.5 mm EVO 74 rubber forefoot exterior flange ensures optimal grip on holds, whilst Evolv’s TRAX SAS rubber guarantees high friction on various types of rock and plastic, delivering consistent performance even across a range of temperatures.
The FLX stoneguard effectively protects the upper, which is designed to combine comfort and durability. The 1 mm-thick midsole strikes a good balance between responsiveness and support, whilst the 1.2 mm EVO 74 toe reinforcement enhances precision during small strides. The taut heel counter and the 2 mm SAS rubber side panel provide power and stability during heel strikes.
