Over time, dust and dirt can clog the pores of technical textile membranes, making your ski wear less waterproof and breathable. Tips for equipment maintenance
For all textiles, use products specifically designed for cleaning technical textiles. The first step is to wash the garment with a small amount of detergent at a temperature no higher than 40°. Avoid using fabric softeners and conditioners. The next stage is drying: leave to air dry or tumble dry on the delicates setting.
Looking after your skis improves their lifespan: store them in a clean, dry place! Avoid leaving them in their bag when they are wet, as the edges will rust!
