If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form, then send the package back to us. Returns must be made within 60 days after receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after you received the return documents. If you wish to return an item, we can refund you: we’ll refund you via Paypal or bank transfer or give you Snowleader credit : redeemable on all snowleader.com items for 1 year. Please note that the costs of shipping (when the order was first sent to the customer) are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
We have amended our policy regarding the costs of returns and after-sales service charges as of December 2019.
We believe it is fairer to cover the return shipping costs for customers who encounter manufacturing defects with their product(s), during the warranty period. Nevertheless, we wish to encourage our customers to consider the environmental impact that the returns process entails.
So as of the 30/12/2019, Snowleader will apply a
return fee
of 7.99 euros for customers who are not members of our Snowleader Mountain Club loyalty program . You will still receive a return label allowing you to return the products, but when processing your return, the fee of 7.99 euros will be deducted from your refund.
Snowleader Mountain Club members will still benefit from free returns.
Returns still under warranty are free of charge for all customers.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR GETTING A REFUND?
* Your return request must be made within 60 days of receiving your order.
To ensure our customers are able to form an opinion on our products with total confidence, Snowleader has extended the product return period from 14 to 60 days for general customers. For customers who are members of the Snowleader Mountain Club, the 100-day return period remains unchanged. You can consult all the return conditions in our Terms and Conditions .
* The products must be new and unused, in the original packaging (please do not use the original packaging to pack the parcel) The products must be returned with original labels.

Please note!
We will not refund products that have been customised or made to the customer's specifications. Skis that have been drilled and assembled, skins cut to the size of the consumer's equipment, thermoformed shoes, etc., perishable and/or unsealed products such as food products, suncare, and cleaning products for sanitary and health protection reasons.
* The return of products may be refused on certain underwear such as briefs.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised following the supply of PPE (safety equipment subject to legislation on Personal Protective Equipment) which includes in particular harnesses, carabiners, descenders, cams, ropes, straps and all safety and belay equipment for climbing and mountaineering.
In the case of returning a bundle, the customer must return the entirety of the bundle. It is not possible to return an individual product from a bundle.

The return of skis and snowboards will be charged to the customer.
HOW DO I GET REFUNDED?
To simplify and speed up the returns process, we suggest submitting your return request directly online. In order to do this, please log into your customer account and go to the "My Orders" section.
If your return complies with our returns policy*, the ‘Return a product’ button will appear and will allow you to follow the return request procedure. All you have to do is indicate the quantity, the condition of the product(s) being returned and the reason for the return and our system will register your request. You will automatically receive a confirmation email, via which you can download your return form to enclose within your return parcel. Please also include the preparation slip you received with your order. If your order is eligible for a return label, you will be able to download it from the return request confirmation email. This return label can also be downloaded from your customer account, with the return details you have just entered. Once we have received your returned product(s), our teams will process your return and your refund as quickly as possible or store credit will be issued promptly.

You can drop off your parcel at a post office or collection point.
You have the option of receiving either:
- a refund. If your item is returned to us in its new condition, and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund you directly on the bank card you used.
- credit. This is valid for 1 year on the entire site.
To purchase and be delivered in the Netherlands, please order on the website www.snowleader.nl . We will apply 21% VAT to all the items of your order, this is the current VAT rate for the Netherlands.
If you wish to have an order delivered in France with a Dutch billing address, you must place your order on www.snowleader.com .
