At high altitudes, UV rays are more and more harmful, especially when there's snow. This is why it is essential to protect your eyes with goggles or a ski mask. Ideally, opt for a level 4 rating for maximum protection.
What are the criteria for ski goggles or sunglasses?
Whether you're after sunglasses or ski goggles, you need a product adapted to your face shape. Since they have slimmer faces, there are specialised ranges for women. The goggles or sunglasses must be comfortable to wear and must cover you well. Make sure they hold firmly in place on your face. Depending on your use, you can choose specific lenses/glasses (good weather, bad weather goggles, polarised sunglasses...)
