After-sales service returns: Information and items to be supplied

Preamble

In order to process your warranty request as quickly as possible, our After Sales Service needs as much information as possible before contacting the brand concerned. Using the information on this page, you'll find all the documents you need to send us in response to an e-mail requesting as much information as possible about your after-sales service.

Please take the time to check that your brand does not require any specific documents (CF section specific procedures).

If your brand does not appear in the list, please follow the common procedure (CF section common procedure).

 

We would like to draw your attention to:

File quality (photos must be sharp)

File size (be careful not to exceed 8MB for all attachments)

File format (preferably JPEG and/or PDF)

 

As soon as we receive your e-mail, we can forward your request to the manufacturer concerned, who will then be the sole decision-maker as to whether or not to take charge of your request (repair, exchange or issue a credit note). Snowleader follows the brand's policy when dealing with after-sales service. If the brand repairs or exchanges the product, we'll send it back to you, and if the brand sends us a credit note, we'll issue a credit note and never a refund.

 

For information, the turnaround time for an after-sales service is about 4 to 8 weeks. We thank you in advance for your patience and will do our utmost to shorten this delay.

Common procedure

For most brands, you will be asked to provide the following information in order to process your request:

Invoice for product to be returned

Description of the problem

Complete product picture

Photo of defect

If available: photo of product labels

If available: photo of serial number

Specific procedure

However, some brands may require additional information in order to properly respond to your return request. Please check the list below to see if the product in question is included or not. If your brand is listed, please provide the information indicated in the brand-specific table.
