The Contagrip® MA sole and aggressive grooves give high level grip to the X Ultra 4 GTX W, especially when the ground is wet/slippery. The GORE-TEX® waterproof membrane and waterproof synthetic construction keep your feet dry even in the wettest conditions. Protection is not forgotten about either with the integration of an effective rubber rock guard and heel protection.
The X Ultra 4 GTX W really is a shoe for mountain lovers. Its lightness and the materials used also give it breathability that is out of the ordinary for a hiking shoe, on the edge of a trail shoe.
