Vertex Speed Low M Black Arctic Silk

The Vertex Speed Low M Black Arctic Silk is an ultralight alpine shoe for men by Arc'teryx, designed for mountaineering, scrambling and mountain running.

It combines the quickness and efficiency of a Trail running shoe with the technical requirements of alpine terrain. Its fluid lacing system ensures secure midfoot support while limiting heel slip, for a precise, bootie-like fit thanks to the stretchy materials from the collar to the upper. The knitted collar prevents debris from entering, while the integrated lace pocket prevents snagging and flapping.

Its PFAS-free woven Matryx® upper is abrasion resistant, lightweight, breathable and flexible, offering comfort and durability. The dual-density EVA midsole combines cushioning in the heel with firm support in the forefoot, while the outsole Vibram® Megagrip ensures excellent grip and exceptional durability on dry or wet terrain. Laminated TPU reinforcements and a TPU stoneguard provide enhanced protection, while the integrated TPU plate stabilises the foot during technical passages.
