Trident Guide GTX Tarmac

The Trident Guide GTX is a 3-season approach shoe from the brand Millet.

It's a true modern approach shoe, which is precise, rigid and bad weather and abrasion resistant. Ideal for all your technical approaches and also for alpine hiking, short treks or even Via ferrata.It is designed with a blend of leather and PU and also includes a Gore Tex membrane.

The Trident Guide GTX is also equipped with a very effective Vibram Mulaz Evo sole, offering good grip both on rocks and on soft terrain. The intermediate nylon and double-density EVA foam sole provides good support by stabilising the heel and provides excellent shock absorption. The Millet Trident® heel provides additional support and has been developed specifically to support the heel and absorb shocks. The semi-rigid support is effective against twisting and flexing, whilst allowing the foot to move easily and dynamically. 

This approach shoe has been designed with Alpine Approach Fit™ by Millet: it optimizes freedom of movement and responsiveness in the field thanks to excellent heel support and kick support. Its narrow toe allows for accurate foot placement on rocky surfaces. Its comfortable and adapted shape and lacing allow for accurate adjustment.
