The Steripen Pré-Filter is an essential accessory for all users of UV purifiers Steripen. This pre-filter removes the largest particles suspended in the water, such as sediment, leaves or insects, before UV treatment. By reducing the workload of your UV purifier, you extend its lifespan and ensure ever purer water.

In addition, this pre-filter fits most water bottles and flasks. Its Nylonfilter cartridge, with a pore size of 40 microns, effectively traps the coarsest particles. The double seal guarantees perfect waterproofing and prevents any contamination of the water. In practical terms, this model is very easy to use. Simply attach the filter cartridge to the base, screw it onto the neck of your bottle and pour the water to be filtered into another container or immerse it directly in the natural water source.



CAUTION: Use this pre-filter with water only. Furthermore, this pre-filter will not remove microbiological or chemical contaminants.
