Inspired by its predecessors, the Ribelle Run 2 GTX takes its name from the iconic light and modern alpinism range Ribelle, and for good reason. This shoe is designed to meet your technical demands on short to medium distance trail and skyrunning races. To meet these requirements, it is a shoe with a precise fit. Scarpa has equipped it with an upper featuring Sock-Fit LW construction. This way, the shoe is protected from natural elements entering inside. There are no seams on the upper part of the upper; a mesh wraps the foot supported by a film in TPU that adds support and abrasion resistance. Inspired by climbing shoes and mountaineering boots, an EVA band connects the midsole and the front of the shoe to the endpiece for flawless stability. The GORE-TEX® ePE membrane protects your feet from bad weather so you can enjoy them in all conditions.
The Ribelle Run 2 GTX features a new Presa® rubber sole. These soles offer excellent grip in both wet and dry conditions. Each is adapted to the specific use of the shoe it equips. Under the foot, there are lugs for excellent traction and precision.
