Usage advice:
- Thermotherapy is indicated in the post-trauma phase and for chronic trauma, lower back pain, sciatica, muscle pain due to contractures or cramps, joint stiffness and rheumatic myalgia.
- Before use, make sure that your skin is dry and that you are not sweating.
- Remove the patch from its plastic envelope just before use
- Remove the protective film from the patch's adhesive, then apply it immediately to the painful area.
- Only remove the protective cover from the patch before immediate use.
- To avoid burns, do not use the product while you are asleep.
- Use the product with extreme caution on sensitive skin
- Do not wet, cut or tear the patch
- Do not apply too much pressure to the area where you have applied the patch
- Use of this device by pregnant or breast-feeding women is not recommended.
- The patch can be used for up to 8 hours, then removed; wait 24 hours before reapplying.
Precautions for use:
- Read the instructions before use
- Do not use if you have eczema on the skin; if you have an unexpected reaction, remove the patch immediately.
- Do not use the device if you are unable to remove the patch independently (elderly, disabled, children).
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use on the face or injured areas of the skin (cuts, various wounds, eczema or rashes); on skin treated with ointments, creams or gels; on skin that is reactive to heat; on areas where the product has already been applied within the last 24 hours; on areas where another heating device is being applied; on acute muscle injuries.
- Do not use while sleeping
- Before use, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you have circulatory problems or sensory deficits due to diabetes, temperature perception problems, etc.
- Do not heat the device after use and do not place it in a microwave oven.
- In case of accidental inhalation, seek medical advice. In case of contact with eyes: rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
- When the patch is no longer hot, dispose of it in the bin (after use, the product is considered to be household waste).
- Do not use if the sachet is damaged or open
- Do not open the sachet: the contents are harmful and must not be swallowed
- In the event of accidental ingestion, consult a doctor or a poison control centre using the information provided on the packaging.
