Pantin

The Pantin model from Petzl is a foot ascender designed to make rope ascents more efficient and less tiring.

The Pantin makes rope climbing easier and is used in conjunction with the CROLL, ASCENSION or BASIC. It allows the body to stand upright to make movements more efficient and its design makes sliding the rope from the first few metres easier.

The stainless steel trigger gives better resistance to corrosion and the pinned trigger with a drain slot to optimise operation in all conditions (frozen rope, mud...). Dyneema® straps for extra abrasion resistance.

For functional and ergonomic use, thanks to its compact shape, which allows it to be kept attached to the foot at all times and avoids any risk of snagging. The adjustment is quick and easy with the DoubleBack buckle and can be removed from the rope with a simple backwards movement of the leg.
