Materials:
- Wheat flour (gluten), calcium caseinates (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) (milk), fructose, egg white powder, whole egg powder, skimmed milk powder, whey protein concentrate (emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, calcium phosphate) (milk), raising powder (disodium diphosphate-sodium hydrogen carbonate, wheat flour (gluten)), thickener: xanthan gum, anti-caking agent: silica [nano]
- May contain traces of: other cereals containing gluten, soya, nuts, celery and sulphites
Protein pancake recipe:
- Mix 2 scoops with 100 ml of cold water.
- Cook the mixture in a frying pan or crepe pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, depending on the desired colour and size of the pancakes.
- Once ready, decorate your pancakes according to your taste.
- This sachet makes approximately 10 batches of 3 pancakes, depending on their size.
