Storage:
- Once opened, keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours
- Store in a dry place at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C
Serving advice:
- A snack every 30 minutes on a medium basis during intense exercise
- A gel every 60 minutes on average during long-duration activities
