Advice on preparation:
Put a Lozenge in a flask with 500 to 800 ml of water and drink as soon as you start exercising and in small, regular quantities during exercise.

Acidifying agents: citric acid - Sweetener: sorbitol - sodium bicarbonate - potassium chloride - sodium chloride - natural flavour - calcium carbonate - magnesium oxide - Natural colours - Sweetener: sodium saccharinate, sucralose - vitamins : C, B12, B6, B2.
Ingredients Gums :
Glucose syrup, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, Black carrot juice concentrate, natural flavour, acidifier: citric acid, ascorbic acid 0.27%, sodium chloride 0.2%, potassium citrate 0.18%, sodium citrate 0.18%, caffeine 0.16%, glazing agent: Coconut oil, rapeseed oil, carnauba wax.
Ingredients Bars :
Choco/Hazelnut : Date paste, hazelnuts 27% (pureed and whole), sweetened almond paste (almonds, honey, water), cocoa powder 7.0%, Wide rolled oats, toasted shelled pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, Guérande salt.
Pineapple/Coconut : Date paste, almonds 25% (whole and shelled), dried pineapple chunks 15%, grated coconut 7.0%, goji berries, Wide rolled oats, brown Linen seeds, Guérande salt.
