This organic and vegan dehydrated flat made in the laboratory Cooknrun is perfect to follow you to Bivouac. Made with semolina, wholemeal wheat, courgettes, black olives and sweet oriental spices, it's ready on the stove in just 8 minutes .
The packaging is ofplant-based origin and has not been subcontracted.
Preparation Advice: bring two cups (70cl) of water to the boil, pour over and cook for 8 minutes. Stir regularly.
