Packaged in a protective atmosphere, it is prepared directly in the pouch by gradually adding water up to the marked line, then stirring before sealing and leaving to rest. The recipe combines cereal flakes, skimmed milk, chocolate chips and instant coffee, striking a balance between sweetness and richness, whilst the sunflower seeds add a crunchy texture. Inspired by long-distance traverses, it provides an effective energy boost and a stimulating dose of caffeine, yet remains easy to carry and quick to prepare, with a rehydrated weight of 220 g.
This freeze-dried breakfast will therefore be a tasty and energising companion, helping you to stay focused and active during your long treks.
Instructions for use:
- Spread the bottom of the bag out so that it stands up properly
- Gradually pour the required amount of water into the sachet up to the level marked on the sachet, then stir with a spoon
- Close the bag using the zip. Let the dish rest for the time indicated on the packet to allow it to finish rehydrating
- Stir the mixture again and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!

- Packaged in a protective atmosphere
