White sugar, Genepi strands(3%)
Tips to make your own homemade genepi:
- Pour 50 cl of neutral alcohol at 40°C of your choice: Fruit alcohol 40°C, Vodka
- Mix in order to dissolve the sugar
- Macerate between 20 and 40 days
- Filter & taste
The strands of génépi are grown in the French Alps at an altitude of over 2000m, the designer glass bottle comes from a company based in Chambéry in Savoie, the kit is carefully made in ESAT (Etablissement et service d'aide par le travail) by the Ateliers du thiou-ADTP in Annecy.
