Ingredients: White sugar, Genepi strands(3%)
Tips to make your own homemade genepi:
Pour 50 cl of neutral alcohol at 40°C of your choice: Fruit alcohol 40°C, Vodka
Mix in order to dissolve the sugar
Macerate between 20 and 40 days

The strands of génépi are grown in the French Alps at an altitude of over 2000m, the designer glass bottle comes from a company based in Chambéry in Savoie, the kit is carefully made in ESAT (Etablissement et service d'aide par le travail) by the Ateliers du thiou-ADTP in Annecy.
