In the Moab range, the Moab Speed 2 Gtx combines the expertise and trail knowledge of the best-selling hiking shoe, the Merrell Moab, with the latest innovations from sporty hikers worldwide. Offered in a lighter yet equally protective version, it will support you on all trails.
The Moab Speed 2 Gtx is suitable for vegans as it contains mainly recycled materials such as its upper, laces, and lining. This shoe features a padded collar and protective toe caps to ensure you wear it as comfortably as possible. A protective plate has been added to help you maintain a stable and energetic stride. Breathability has also been significantly improved by integrating the expertise from Merrell's best-selling trail running range, the Merrell Test Lab. Additionally, its GORE-TEX® membrane provides maximum breathability and waterproofing.
Regarding the sole unit, everything has been designed to maximise your comfort while walking. Indeed, the EVA foam insole ensures excellent comfort. This pair contains 30% more foam underfoot. The midsole made from FloatPro™ foam guarantees a light and durable stride. Finally, the Vibram® TC5+ outsole, formulated exclusively for Merrell, offers exceptional traction. Its Vibram traction lugs have also been specially designed to increase grip and shed debris with every step.
