60 days to change your mindThe K-Pact Pads are unisex MTB knee pads from ION.
This is ION's famous protection which has been awarded many times thanks to its SAS-TEC shock-absorbing padding. In addition to this, there are pads on the sides to prevent possible blows from the sides. To bind these protectors, ION has relied on Power_Aramid, a fibre used in bulletproof helmets.
Plus, these knee pads aren't bulky. The symmetrical, close-fitting cut means they suit all body shapes. Protection can sometimes be anxiety-provoking, which is why ION has equipped the Pads K-Pact with a Super_Perforator_Neoprene membrane that will let you breathe.

Technologies:
- SAS-TEC block: SAS-TEC is an innovative German manufacturer of high quality protectors. The company has years of experience in the motorcycle protection sector. This is what we rely on for uncompromising security. We use three-dimensional preformed blocks made of viscoelastic foam with high absorption capacities.
- Power_Aramid: a synthetic fibre invented by Dupont. It is used, for example, in bullet-proof helmets, tyres or bow strings. This material is extremely resistant and is ideal for the manufacture of protective covers.
- Super_Perforator_Neoprene: Very soft and robust neoprene with excellent breathability. However, it cannot compete with a knitted fabric. But for neoprene, it's the most breathable we've ever used.
Environment:
In cooperation with SAS-TEC, ION protective equipment is more environmentally friendly. More than 60% of SAS-TEC's exclusive viscoelastic PU foam is made from renewable raw materials such as castor oil or rapeseed oil
