Description

The Helia II Violet is a women's harness ideal for mountaineering and traditional climbing from the brand Edelrid.

Designed with a butterfly shape that ensures optimal comfort when suspended and ideal load distribution, this harness stands out for its large central ring made Dyneema®of , an extremely resistant and lightweightmaterial that offers superior comfort when standing and belaying. Its A-shaped belt is specially optimized for fine body shapes, with wider legs and fully adjustable elasticated thighs for a customised fit.

Featuring a double bridge for comfort and security, the also Helia II has five gear holders, two ice screw bindings and a chalk bag loop, perfectly meeting the technical requirements of female climbers.

Its manufacture involves Polyester, HMPE polyethylene, steel and aluminium, with a polyamideshell, ensuring strength and lightness. The technology 3D Pad provides reinforcement in strategic areas for optimal comfort and force distribution, while the label bluesign® PRODUCT certifies that the product is environmentally friendly.

DYNEEMA®	Materials ripstop containing fibres Dyneema® that are 15 times more durable than Steel while being extremely lightweight: up to 40% more so than Aramid, for example. Thanks to its patented technologies, the material Dyneema® possesses exclusive directional characteristics that give it an unrivalled weight-to-durability ratio. This material ripstop Dyneema® guarantees extreme tear durability.
3D PAD	With this technology 3D Pad, the padding receives reinforcement but is concentrated in strategic areas. This guarantees a very high level of fit and comfort, as well as optimal distribution of forces where loads are applied. The broad and uniform distribution of forces is reinforced by several straps distributed evenly. The ergonomic cut with a 3D-moulded belt and cycling shorts prevents pressure points and chafing. The hollow padding reduces the weight and bulk of the harness. The lightweight foam in three thicknesses retains its shape even when subjected to load. Particularly breathable, the intermediate spaces allow for optimal evacuation of body heat and perspiration to the outer environment.
