Glacier 1000

The Firefly Glacier 1000 is a sleeping bag from Mountain Equipment Mountain Equipment.

The Glacier 1000 model has been developed to provide comfortable overnight accommodation on high-altitude treks and/or at lower altitudes in winter. The aim of such a sleeping bag is to achieve the most efficient weight-to-heat ratio possible.

With a comfort temperature of -11°C, you can sleep in cold conditions without shivering! The 1000 grams of duck down guarantee the most effective thermal insulation. And even though the main known enemy of down is moisture, the hydrophobic coating Drilite® Loft will repel it perfectly so that it retains all its insulating properties, whether the conditions are dry or damp. This construction is also breathable and lightweight!
The hood and foot compartment have been specially designed to keep you warm where you need it most and avoid compression of the down.

Weighing in at just 1590g for so much warmth, the Glacier 1000 is a high-quality bag that won't take up all the space in your rucksack. Once in camp, you can sleep peacefully and comfortably. An excellent partner for cold-weather adventures!
