Oven preparation :
Slope the contents of the tin, add 250ml of water, mix well and pour into a 25cm diameter flat. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at TH.6/7 (180/200°C).
Gatosport can be prepared up to 3 days before use and stored in cling film. Unused portions can be frozen after cooking (never refreeze a thawed product).
Preparation in the Micro :
Slope the contents of the tin, add 300ml of water, mix well and pour into a 25cm diameter flat. Cook at 850/1000 watts for approximately 8-9 minutes.
To keep its moistness, the cake should be prepared on the day it is eaten.
Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour, bread mix (wheat flour, wheat gluten, lactose and proteins extracted from milk, salt), milk chocolate chips 8% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter 14%, cocoa mass 10%, whey powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier : soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), cereal flours (rice, wheat, barley), caramelised pecans 6% (pecan shavings 70%, sugar), cocoa powder 5%, sunflower oil, wheat germ, flavourings, lactose, raising agent: sodium carbonate, minerals: tricalcium phosphate, milk protein.
Manufactured in a facility that uses soya, other nuts, celery and sulphites.
