Featuring a stretched mesh back with Aircomfort technology, this backpack offers maximum ventilation and reduces fluid loss by up to 25%. Thanks to its flexible steel frame, the back will always return to its original position to guarantee you long-lasting comfort, reinforced by a padded lumbar belt. You can also easily adjust the shoulder straps, chest straps and waistband.
This practical model has several compartments, including an expandable one inside the bag for storing wet items and a flap pocket. It also contains numerous storage pockets, a removable waterproof cover, pole and ice axe attachments, helmet loops and is also compatible with a 3L water pouch.
Another bonus: 50% of the yarn used for this bag is made from recycled materials.

Aircomfort System back:
For small to medium-sized backpacks used on easy terrain, Deuter aims for maximum ventilation. The wear-free core element of the Aircomfort systems, which has been reliable for decades, is the continuously elastic spring steel frame. It gives the special ventilated net a stable tension even under difficult conditions, therefore creating a ventilated space between the bag and the back, through which humid air can freely escape. Fluid loss is reduced by up to 25%, increasing endurance and improving blood circulation (verified by scientific tests conducted by the Hohenstein institute).
Active Comfort Fit system:
For optimum fit, the backpack should carry as much of its weight as possible on its back. This ensures even distribution at this point. The Active-Comfort-Fit back system ensures comfortable carrying thanks to its stable, padded construction.
