Thanks to its formula rich in electrolytes and carbohydrates, this stick helps keep you hydrated whilst replenishing minerals lost through sweating, and it supports muscle contraction whilst reducing the risk of cramps. How to use it:
- Fill the container with 500ml of water
- Dissolve the contents of the stick in 500 ml of water
- Shake vigorously to mix the set thoroughly
