Elbow Band

The Zamst Elbow Band brand’s elbow support is designed to reduce strain on the elbow when playing racket sports or golf.

This elbow support features padding that provides extremely precise compression, whilst the velcro fastening makes it easy to put on and allows for one-handed adjustment. It helps prevent epicondylitis : a small bony protrusion on the humerus located just above the Elbow joint and on the outer side of the arm. The pain associated with epicondylitis can have various causes: micro-tears in the tendons, small amounts of damage at the point where they attach to the bone, etc.
