This anti-friction cream is easy to use thanks to its non-greasy texture and is applied locally with a prolonged massage before sports activities on areas prone to irritating friction such as the feet, thighs, armpits and nipples.
In the case of a major sporting event such as a marathon, it can be used preventively10 to 15 days before the event.
