The blade is curved for easier cutting. It's made from modified 12C27 East stainless steel from Sandvik, renowned for its sharpness and ease of maintenance. Its toothed back makes it easy to scrape and clean the fungus. This model is equipped with the Double Security System Virobloc, which locks the blade in the open or closed position.
