The Couloir 3S is a climbing Harness by Black Diamond.
This harness is simple and effective. It is ideal as a first mountaineering harness.
It has a vari-width polyester webbing construction and 3 adjustment buckles to allow easy donning even with crampons or skis on.
For ease of use, there is a central trigger guard as well as two material holders and two Ice Clipper holders. Two thigh loops also allow you to clip on ice screws.
Practical, light and all-option, the Couloir 3S is an ideal harness for mountaineering.

- Quick release buckles on the waist and thigh straps allow the harness to be put on or taken off easily with skis or crampons on
- Four Ice Clipper loops and one ice spindle loop on each thigh for easy management
- Colour coded waist and thigh straps (inside/outside) for easy and intuitive fitting of the harness
