This easy-to-digest cake provides a source of energy in the form of complex carbohydrates, ideal before any sporting event. It is quick and easy to prepare and can be eaten warm or frozen for added practicality. In addition, this cake is guaranteed gluten-free to be more easily digestible during exercise. Materials:
- Rice flour*, sucrose*, potato starch*, dextrose*, blanched almond powder* 5%, natural almond flavouring (acidifier: silicon dioxide [nano]), egg white powder* (acidity regulator: lactic acid)
- Baking powder: sodium bicarbonate, salt
- Acidifier: citric acid
- Thickener: guar gum*

Recipe for organic cake:
- Mix 400 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a bowl until the paste is completely smooth.
- Pour the batter into a cake tin with a diameter of approximately 25 cm.
- Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
- Check whether it is cooked through with a blade
Usage advice:
- Consume a 133 g portion (1/3 of the cake) up to 1 hour before exercise.
- Unused portions may be frozen after cooking (never freeze a thawed product).
