This brand's Back Up Line 5mm Beal rope is designed for hoisting, abseil or sheaving.

This Back Up Line lightweight, ultra-stable rope is ideal for crevasse rescues or handrails. Its textured grip ensures a firm hold for better control. It is made from Aramid and Polyamide for improved abrasion resistance.

Please note : this rope does not have dynamic properties; it does not absorb energy and must therefore not be used for climbing, belaying or any other situations requiring dynamic ropes.
