This is THE "4X4" from Hoka One One. With its 4mm lugs, redesigned to improve grip and its widened fit at the toes and metatarsal, this shoe will keep you comfortable and supported over all running distances and terrains, including both trail and road courses.
This Mid version benefits from an anatomically moulded foam collar that supports and protects your ankle on the most technical and uneven terrain. Hoka has added some of its best technologies to this model with a curved sole profile under the metatarsals and a convex outsole to make your stride as dynamic and stable as possible, especially on uneven terrain.
It features a durable nubuck upper and a waterproof Gore-Tex lining to keep your feet dry in all weather conditions. The Stinson Mid Gore-Tex is also equipped with a reinforced toe to improve the longevity of your trail shoe, and extra arch support for an improved fit of the midfoot.
It features the widest CMEVA foam midsole in the Hoka One One range for exceptional cushioning and lightness. The 4mm lugs will ensure stability and extraordinary grip.

Upper:
- Waterproof Nubuck upper and Gore-Tex lining protect and keep your feet dry in all weather conditions.
- Anatomically moulded foam collar greatly improves ankle support and protection.
- Durable ripstop nylon gusseted tongue provides additional midfoot support.
Midsole:
- Widened midsole with a wraparound fit for a comfortable stride.
- Curved sole profile under metatarsals starting further from the instep for stability and fluidity.
- The midsole has the greatest volume of CMEVA foam in the Hoka One One range providing maximum lightness and cushioning.
Outsole:
- 4mm lugs for grip on all terrain.
Technology:
° Volume of midsole: Up to 2.5 greater than that of standard running shoes with specific cushioning materials to provide good performance.
