This set includes a T8 Traditional Mushroom Knife with a varnished oak handle to protect it from damp and dirt. Produced in France, this wood is hard and highly resistant, particularly to insects and fungi, thanks to its high tannin content.
The natural bristle brush is ideal for dusting the harvest and easily removing soil.
The blade is curved for easy cutting. It's made from Sandvik's modified 12C27 stainless steel , renowned for its sharpness and ease of maintenance. Its toothed back allows you to scrape and clean the fungus.
This model is fitted with the Virobloc double safety system, which locks the blade in the open or closed position.

The pen tray also includes a brown pouch, made from hard-wearing synthetic leather, with canvas belt loops.
