Combined with central velcro which places the tongue in the best possible position to avoid unpleasant rubbing, the mix between comfort and performance is perfect.
An example of comfort, the ErgoLogic insole straight out of the factory Scott makes the shoe more comfortable to wear than competing models, so your feet don't hurt and you can ride for days on end without counting the hours.
