This Pack consists of the Gel 100 and the Gel 100 CAF 100 which will give you the energy you need to excel, while being absorbed quickly and effectively. The presence of caffeine in Gel 100 CAF 100 will give you the boost you need at the end of the Race.
This Pack also includes Drinks Drink Mix 160 and Drink Mix 320to be dissolved in 500 ml of water and consumed before, during or after your activity for optimum performance and recovery. This can be done in the 500ml canister included for this purpose.
Gel 100 (6 x 40g) :
- To be taken before, during or just after exercise
