-Material: 1000D CORDURA® Classic is the strongest fabric used by BACH and is extremely abrasion and tear resistant. The yarn is air-texturised, which creates a matt and structured appearance. Provided an appropriate weave pattern is used, CORDURA® Classic fabric is slightly more abrasion resistant than Oxford nylon or polyester fabrics of similar weight. By adding only 30% more weight, 1000D CORDURA® Classic fabric has a tensile strength that is about 2.5 times stronger than 500D Oxford nylon.
