Comfortable and durable, the women's Alpinist Quarter Socks from Ortovox are ideal for hiking at altitude or mountaineering. 

These socks combine the thermo-regulating properties of merino wool with the strength of synthetic fibres, ensuring optimal breathability and increased durability. Merino wool naturally limits odours, and is soft on the skin to ensure that your feet stay comfortable after having endured many kilometres.  

These socks have an anatomical right/left construction and a comfortable edge, making sure the sock stays in the right place without slipping. They feature a special weave that supports the ankle and the arch, as well as preventing folds from forming. A 360° insert wraps around the kick and the arch of the foot, guaranteeing very effective breathability in this critical area. Additional padding on the heel and toes improves cushioning.
