Bivy bag - Unisex -
The Alpine Ascentshell Bivy is a bivy bag from Outdoor Research.
This bivvy bag is made from lightweight, waterproof and highly breathable fabric.
Its fabric combines the strength of Pertex® with the breathability of AscentShell™. This membrane protects you from moisture and rain and is breathable. The zip opening makes it easy to get in and out of!
What's more, this shelter is extremely quick to set up and take down to make your wild camping experience as comfortable as possible while also saving on space. There's plenty of room around the head for you to sit comfortably, and the mesh will keep insects at bay.
The Alpine Ascentshell Bivy has a tapered shape, which will work best with tapered mattresses for a better fit, ideally 56 cm at the feet or less.
The Alpine Ascentshell Bivy is a lightweight, high-performance and durable shelter for explorers looking for protection and minimalism!

Technology:
| Pertex® Diamond Fuse |
Pertex® Diamond Fuse fabrics use yarns with unique diamond-shaped filaments. These filaments lock together to create a durable, highly abrasion-resistant fabric. This technical structure allows Diamond Fuse fabrics to remain very stable during prolonged wear and wash. |
| AscentShell™ |
Outdoor Research's exclusive three-layer waterproof and breathable fabric that extends your comfort zone during aerobic exercise in changing conditions. It is created by an electrophilic process where charged polymers are attached to an earthed surface. These polymers come together to form a breathable membrane which, under a microscope, you can see forming a web that lets sweat vapour out but stops water from getting in. |
