The SL Women's Fit

Shorter back
     On average, women have shorter backs than men. The SL models carrying system is adapted to the female body shapes. This model is also suitable for men with a shorter back. The straps allow the load to be transferred close to the shoulders, perfect for the female body.

Narrower straps  
      For better support, the SL straps are narrower and shorter.
The soft edges on both sides, the smaller buckles and the very narrow ends of the straps prevent them from cutting into the armpits or restricting your chest. Also, the adjustment system of the chest strap has been improved, as it should be placed as high as possible for women.
The straps are closer together to prevent them from slipping.

Tapered stabiliser on the hips
      In order to fit the female hips perfectly, the lumbar belt, when closed, should be conical in shape.
This conical is achieved by the upward inclination of the opening points and the curved shape of the hip stabilizers. In combination with the narrower base of the stabilisers, this allows a perfect fit. For larger backpacks, the Pull-Forward fastening system makes it easier to close the belt, especially for women.


       DEUTER Aircontact System
