Ski touring poles -
Les Bâtons d'Alain Alain DESEZ, are hiking and ski touring poles developed by the Chamonix-based mountain guide and mountaineer .
Extremely versatile, they can be used for summer hiking, trekking or trail running. Such as in winter when you’re out ski touring, with snow shoes or skiing on steep slopes.
The main advantage of these Bâtons d'Alain is their long, ergonomic grip (Gold Medal at the Concours Lépine in Paris in 2011). Thanks to this, your hands will always be in the correct position, never coming into contact with the Shaft, and you’ll enjoy excellent support.
These single-strandpoles, which are slightly flexible and fitted with a tungsten tip, ensure optimal energy transfer, whilst the absence of a wrist strap makes them comfortable and safe to use.
Finally, two pairs of removable washers (38mm at 5g / 85mm at 14g) are supplied for your adventures on dry or snow-covered ground.
Available in a widerange of colours, and with the same high performance, you’re bound to find one you like.
