The Reckoner 102 are backcountry freestyle skis from K2 .
The Reckoner range is a backcountry freestyle ski range. Basically, very playful skis, wide, with big rockers and a relatively symmetrical design to send big tricks in powder.
With its 102 mm middle, Reckoner 102 is the most narrow ski offered by the range. However, this does not mean that it should be considered as a downhill ski. From the powder to the park, this super versatile ski will meet your requirements.
In terms of construction, a specific carbon fibre grid has been applied in order to bring lightness and fun while accentuating power and energy. This is called the Carbon Spectral Braid , which is found in another form in the Mindbender. This same grid is supported by longitudinal carbon fibres along the entire length to develop maximum pop and rebound in the tip and heel.
The wood core consists of two types of wood, pine on the ends for a stronger impact on the edges and lighter aspen in the centre for greater liveliness and better energy transmission.
In short, the Reckoner 102 is a backcountry freestyle ski for intermediate to expert skiers looking for a versatile ski. In the park, on the edge of the piste, in the forest or off-piste, the ski is very playful and makes you want to jump everywhere.
