R140

The R140 is an ultra-high-performance ski-mountaineering binding from the East brand. Plum designed for competitors of Experienced to Expert level.

Completely redesigned, it optimises transitions thanks to smooth Fitting and Removal, even in the rush of races. Its Climbing aid can be rotated into three positions (ascent, race, descent) to adapt perfectly to the terrain you're on.

Made from 7075 aluminium and Steel, the R140 offers an excellent balance between Lightness and strength. The fixed Trigger (DIN 7 front, DIN 8 side), meanwhile, belays the security of all competitors. Finally, this binding is compatible with skis with a maximum waistwidth of 80 mm, while meeting the performance requirements of the most demanding circuits.
