Alpine ski package - Men -
The Peregrine 80 + Lowride 12 TCX 2027 is a men's ski from the brand Volkl, designed for performance piste skiing and aimed at advanced skiers seeking optimal agility and stability on groomed snow.
Its construction is based on a Multilayer Woodcore combining layers of stable wood with a lighter, more flexible wood at the centre. This design ensures effective power transmission, enhanced edge grip, and better impact protection. The reduced weight at the centre offers increased maneuverability, ideal for linking turns with ease.
The ski is equipped with Tailored Carbon Tips which optimise the stiffness and torsion of the tip for precise and dynamic turn initiation. Its P-TEX 2100 base provides high durability and exceptional glide, while the full-length sidewalls guarantee consistent edge hold and rigidity. The high-definition Zebra structure maximises carving performance, and the Serial Finish treatment ensures immediate performance without additional preparation.
The Peregrine 80 + Lowride 12 TCX 2027 invites you to dominate the slopes with precision and fluidity, for a skiing experience that is both technical and exhilarating.

| MULTILAYER WOODCORE | The edge is laminated onto extremely stable wood layers. This, combined with a more flexible and lighter wood inserted at the centre of the construction, offers numerous advantages. The hardwood section immediately adjacent to the edge provides high power transmission, improves edge grip, and supports the sides against external impacts. The reduced weight of the softer wood in the ski’s centre ensures greater agility and better manoeuvrability while reducing the overall ski weight. |
| P-TEX 2100 | High-density sintered polyethylene base with a high molecular weight, providing excellent durability and outstanding glide. |
| TAILORED CARBON TIPS | Fibres are precisely positioned along the lines of force, opening up new possibilities, especially in the tip area. The tip has a decisive influence on the ski’s glide behaviour. Depending on the chosen fibre thickness and their millimetre-precise alignment, it is possible to specifically adjust stiffness and torsion, which define the ski’s glide properties. The fibres thus direct the dynamics towards the ski areas where they are required. The Tailored Carbon Tips are visibly integrated into the ski. They are light and allow the tip to enter turns with agility and less effort. Additionally, they quickly accumulate energy. The custom carbon tips thus achieve an unprecedented level of precision, direct tip response, and active skiing pleasure. |
| 3D RADIUS SIDECUT | Use of the long radius at the tip and endpiece for large, high-speed turns. The tip resists well at high speed and there is no radius limitation when exiting a turn for greater ease. The shorter radius is used for smaller turns at medium speed. This allows easy turn initiation, exceptional agility, and especially less effort in short turns. |
| SERIAL FINISH | Directly from the factory to the mountain, Serial Finish ensures each ski is perfectly tuned for immediate performance. This precisely designed surface treatment maximises glide, refines turn initiation, and eliminates the need for additional preparation work. |
