Splitboard - Men -
Designed to multiply possibilities in the mountains, the Stratos Splitboard from the brand Jones is equally suited for long traverses to a mountain hut as for quick day trips.
Its powder-oriented shape and versatile behaviour offer a particularly effective combination of float, precision, and pop, allowing you to fully enjoy every descent, whatever the conditions. Its directional shape, with an elongated nose, shortened endpiece, and setback, improves flotation and manoeuvrability in deep snow.
The Freeride CamRock profile, composed of camber underfoot and differentiated rockers, ensures precise edge hold and excellent high-speed stability, while facilitating turns in powder and spring snow. The moderate taper enhances this balance between agility and versatility. The High Traction Tech provides greater control on hard snow thanks to three additional contact points per edge. The 3D Contour Base High smooths transitions and eases direction changes on technical terrain.
Its Ultra Split Core, combined with biaxial fibreglass and ampliTex™ Carbon/Linen reinforcements, offers an excellent balance of lightness, responsiveness, and durability. The sintered 8000 base guarantees fast and long-lasting glide, while the use of recycled components and bio-resin reflects a design attentive to sustainability.
From fresh powder to spring snow, the Stratos Splitboard gives you the means to explore further and turn every outing into a new adventure.

Flex: Medium and lively - 3/5
| SHAPE DIRECTIONAL | A directional shape featuring a longer nose, a shorter endpiece, and a setback position (setback) to optimise flotation, manoeuvrability, and edge hold. Designed for riders who prioritise performance on groomed runs and off-piste rather than the snowpark. |
| FREERIDE CAMROCK | A versatile freeride profile combining camber underfoot, extended rocker in the nose, and shorter rocker at the endpiece. This provides powerful edge hold, precise response, and high-speed stability, while offering exceptional flotation and manoeuvrability in powder. |
| HIGH 3D CONTOUR BASE | Contour Base oriented towards freeride, featuring a 7 mm bevel profile at the nose and from 0 to 7 mm at the endpiece. This bevel profile starts just before the contact points. |
| HIGH TRACTION TECH | The High Traction Tech integrates three additional contact points per edge (at the front binding, the centre of the board, and the rear binding). The central point is more pronounced than the outer points for improved edge hold and enhanced control. |
| ULTRA SPLIT CORE | Ultra-light dual-density wood core, primarily composed of responsibly sourced paulownia with poplar inserts, offering reference durability, pop, and responsiveness. |
| PREMIUM TOPSHEET | Durable, scratch-resistant topsheet designed to withstand rigorous daily use in extreme conditions. |
| BIAX FIBERGLASS | Biaxial fiberglass laminate constructed with a double-layer, bi-directional build that delivers a forgiving yet lively board feel with medium-soft torsional flex and quick energy transfer. |
| SINTERED 8000 BASE | High-quality sintered base material, ultra-fast, highly wax absorbent, easy to repair, and proven to be one of the most durable and long-lasting base materials in the industry. |
| ampliTex™ Carbone/Lin | High-performance hybrid reinforcements composed of carbon and natural flax fibre, developed in collaboration with the Swiss research office Bcomp®. |
| FLIP-FLOP BASE | Jones models with Flip-Flop bases are manufactured in two base colours to minimise P-Tex waste. Orders can be fulfilled with either colour and the colour does not vary by size. |
| KARAKORAM ULTRA CLIPS 2.0 | The Karakoram Ultra Clips 2.0 are lighter, grip tighter, and have a smaller footprint than the original Ultra clip. They are adjustable to maintain uniform compression as your splitboard ages. |
| KARAKORAM TIP-LOCK TIP CLIPS 2.0 | New and improved, the Karakoram Tip-Lock Tip Clips 2.0 lock your splitboard with a simple lever motion and stay securely attached to your board throughout the season. |
