The Rustler 9 2027 is a men's freeride ski from the brand Blizzard. Narrower compared to its bigger siblings, the Rustler 10 and 11, this model is an incredible blend of pure performance and playful behaviour.
In terms of shape, with a 96 mm waist and a double rocker, the Rustler 9 is a very versatile and playful ski. Ultra-manoeuvrable on piste, it is driven with liveliness, whether carving or skidding, in long turns or short turns, everything goes smoothly and with disarming ease. Its float remains very good and it will easily plane on powder thanks to an effective rocker.
The TrueBlend Free Woodcore greatly influences the flex: stiff and remarkably stable underfoot thanks to the presence of a FluxForm Freeride titanal layer, it is much more playful at the tips with unidirectional carbon reinforcements that reduce longitudinal stiffness but increase torsional rigidity. The tip and endpiece will therefore be much more progressive and playful, while remaining stable, allowing you to express your style regardless of snow conditions. Additionally, a structured base, an endpiece reinforcement and anti-vibration plates complete the features that make this ski exceptional.
This ski is excellent for carving turns and having fun on piste, but it is also capable of taking a freeride line or riding through the forest on powder days.

The result: the right flex to meet all touring needs in a lighter format. The Trueblend Free Woodcore specifically positions three different wood densities to form a wood core that is designed to optimise the ski’s flex and provide a sensation of smoothness and balance. This blend of different wood densities creates three distinct flex zones: a softer flex zone in the tip and tail areas, which facilitates the initiation and release of turns; a medium flex zone in front of and behind the binding, which helps provide confidence and control; and finally, a stiffer flex zone in the centre, under the binding, which ensures perfect grip and stability. |
