Description

The Mountain Twin 2026 is a well-known board in the Jones snowboard range. It is aimed at experienced riders.

The 2026 edition is equipped with the Master Core, which is more environmentally friendly as it is made entirely of sustainably produced wood and is as efficient as ever. It is made of Paulownia and Poplar stingers that keep the board light and absorb a maximum of vibrations.

Like last year's board, the Mountain Twin 2026 has a Topsheet made from recycled castor oil plastic and a Biax Fiberglass layer that stiffens the board and ensures excellent energy return when it is put under tension.

The board's playful Directionalshape twin Mountain Twin makes the board ideal for freestyle use: Park, pipe, etc. While its rigidity (3/5), Camrock camber and Curved edges High Traction Tech provide the biting bite and control needed to track clean, precise curves.

It features the Freeride/Freestyle Pack which allows you to configure the board for more freeride or freestyle riding depending on your mood and the snow conditions.

The Mountain Twin is a board for intermediate to advanced riders who want a ‌versatile board‌ that allows them to ride any slope as if it were a huge snowpark.

Please note: In an effort to reduce waste, Jones makes bases in two different colours, that are delivered randomly.

SHAPE - DIRECTIONAL TWIN	The nose is longer than the tail and the inserts are set back on the back of the board. These features provide more lift in powder. The Twin profile optimises glide at switch and the board's versatility.
PROFILE - CAMROCK	A unique all-terrain rocker/cambre , defined by a perfect balance between the rocker in spatule and talon and the cambre between the bindings. CamRock improves freestyle performance by keeping your spatules playful while maintaining the power and pop of the cambre underfoot.
3D CONTOUR BASE - MEDIUM 3D CONTOUR BASE	Base 3D Contour set for all terrains, with a tip bevel of 4 mm at nose and 0 to 4 mm at tail. The bevel of the tip starts just before the contact point.
TRACTION TECH - HIGH TRACTION TECH	Like a serrated knife slicing through the snow, the Traction Tech improves your Grip on the edges by adding multiple points of contact along the length of your board.
NOYAU - MASTER CORE	Double-density wood core made from Paulownia and responsibly harvested poplar. A spar ratio of Paulownia to poplar of 1:1 creates a lightweight, poppy and durable Core.
TOPSHEET - PREMIUM TOPSHEET	Topsheet Durable, scratch-resistant premium designed to withstand rigorous daily use in extreme conditions.
FIBRES - BIAX FIBERGLASS	Stratifié biaxial fibreglass Manufactured with a Double Layer and Double Directional construction that offers a forgiving yet responsive board feel with a semi-flexible flex torsion and quick energy transfer.
BCOMP CARBON FLAX STRINGER	The stringers BComp Carbone/Lin offer the perfect balance of Performance, with Carbon providing incredible pop and Linen absorbing vibrations and reducing emissions by CO2 compared to an all-carbon stringer . Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp.
SEMELLE - SINTERED 8000 BASE	Superior quality sintered base material, ultra quick, highly absorbent to wax, easy to repair and proven to be one of the most durable and long-lasting base materials in the industry.
FREERIDE/FREESTYLE PACK	Allows you to opt for stance centred or set back on the sidecut, depending on conditions.
