Description

From the range "Surf Series" of Jonesrange, the Mind Expander Twin 2026 is surely the least exclusive.
As an Abseil reminder, the range "Surf Series" range includes boards from Jones shaped by Christensonwhich have a surf-inspired profile. With its Double rocker, the Mind expander Twin is no exception to the rule, offering a high level of floatation even in the deepest powder snow.

The perfect combination Twin and a freeride board, the mix between its shape and its rib lines Belayer to send 360 in the pillows. But the Mind Expander Twin does not only allow you to have great powder days. Equipped with Medium Traction Tech edges and a classic camber, it offers perfect grip for transitions and speed before bumps.

A real example of stability, the Mind Expander Twin is a true boat that will never sink. It can count on the High 3D Contour Base which offers more floatation than a Classic board, allowing it to be ridden shorter.
In order to make most of the board on heavy snowfall days, it offers the possibility of mounting the bindings in the middle of the board or with a slight setback to gain lift.
Like last year's board, the Mind Expander Twin has a Topsheet made from recycled castor oil plastic and a Biax Fiberglass layer that stiffens the board and ensures excellent energy return when it is put under tension.

The Mind Expander Twin is the perfect feather for writing your best lines on the white pages of the resort and the Park.

SHAPE - DIRECTIONAL TWIN	The nose is longer than the tail and the inserts are set back on the back of the board. These features provide more lift in powder. The Twin profile optimises glide at switch and the board's versatility.
PROFILE - CAMROCK	A unique all-terrain rocker/cambre , defined by a perfect balance between the rocker in spatule and talon and the cambre between the bindings. CamRock improves freestyle performance by keeping your spatules playful while maintaining the power and pop of the cambre underfoot.
3D CONTOUR BASE - HIGH 3D CONTOUR BASE	Base 3D Contour centred on freeride with a 7 mm spatula bevel in the nose and 0 to 7 mm spatula bevel in the tail. The bevel of the tip starts just before the contact point.
TRACTION TECH - MEDIUM TRACTION TECH	Like a serrated knife slicing through the snow, the Traction Tech improves your Grip on the edges by adding multiple points of contact along the length of your board.

FIBRES - BIAX FIBERGLASS	Stratifié biaxial fibreglass Manufactured with a Double Layer and Double Directional construction that offers a forgiving yet responsive board feel with a semi-flexible flex torsion and quick energy transfer.
SEMELLE - SINTERED 8000 BASE	Superior quality sintered base material, ultra quick, highly absorbent to wax, easy to repair and proven to be one of the most durable and long-lasting base materials in the industry.
BCOMP CARBON FLAX STRINGER	The stringers BComp Carbone/Lin offer the perfect balance of Performance, with Carbon providing incredible pop and Linen absorbing vibrations and reducing emissions by CO2 compared to an all-carbon stringer . Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp.

Lors des tests, cette petite nouvelle de la gamme "surf series" nous a bluffé par son comportement. La Mind Expander Twin 2025 garde complétement l' ADN de cette gamme en offrant des qualités de ride en poudreuse incomparables, mais elle vient apporter ce petit truc en plus qui fait la différence. La Mind Expander Twin ne se limite en effet plus uniquement à la poudreuse, mais s'attaque au park, et impose son propre style.
