Manic 2025
All-mountain snowboard - Men -
The Manic 2025 is a brand new snowboard for beginner to intermediate riders, developed by Ride and designed for all-mountain use.
The Manic is ideal for progressing in all disciplines, whether on the piste, in powder or even in the snow park. So you can find the practice that suits you best and dive right in.
The Twin Directional shape and the Hybrid Camber with its large front rocker makes it much easier to initiate turns and limit edge errors (inevitable when you start snowboarding...). The large front rocker gives good lift in fresh snow, while the smaller rear rocker helps maintain manoeuvrability.
The soft flex and the fibreglass in the top sheet provide a smooth, flowing ride, ideal for beginner riders. But the Manic 2025 is not a "soft" board, it has an Aspen wood core and carbon inserts which develop a big pop, very useful for trying your first tricks.
With the Manic, you can try out all the terrains available to you and decide later on what you like or not!

- Curve radius: 8.7/7.2/8.2m in the 157cm model
Camber:
- Hybrid Directional Camber : Camber between the feet for excellent responsiveness and two rockers at the ends. A long rocker in the front to improve lift in powder and manoeuvrability on all types of snow and a shorter rocker in the back for very good manoeuvrability in pop and easy switch riding.
Construction:
- Quadratic Sidecut: A clever mix of 3 different curve radii for easy curve entry and exit. The Quadratic Sidecut is adapted to the shape and size of the board, of course!
- Foundation™ Core: All-aspen core for long-lasting pop and flex.
- Single Impact Plates : Reinforcement plate placed under each of the fixing zones. Improves resistance when compressed and reduces the risk of breaking.
- Fiberglass Bi-axial Glass: Glass fibres placed at right angles to each other. For boards that are not too rigid and tolerant.
- Semelle: Extruded in Ptex 1500 which, absorbs wax well and is easy to maintain.
Technologies:
| Thin Con | All RIDE boards have their nose and tail refined. The aim is to reduce weight, facilitate the use of the ends and promote durability. |
| Slimewalls® | The board's edges are made of urethane (the same material used to make skateboard wheels) that cushions and smoothes out imperfections in the track, rails or modules. Theoretically unbreakable, these are the most resistant snowboard edges. |
| Roll In Construction | 3D construction around the Slimewall edges reinforces rigidity, prevents the topsheet from disintegrating and reduces the overall weight of the board. |
La Manic 2025 est une très bonne première ou deuxième planche pour apprendre et bien progresser. Le shape twin directionnel et le cambre hybride mettent rapidement en confiance et se maitrisent aisément.
Idéale pour s'essayer aux différentes pratiques du snowboard et se perfectionner dans sa préférée. Elle peut également être utilisée par des riders lus expérimentés comme planche de freestyle.
