The Boa® Fit System allows for micro-adjustable precision, ensuring optimal support throughout the day. This system comprises a micro-adjustable dial, lightweight and ultra-durable laces, and low-friction lace guides, all designed to enhance the shoe’s fit and performance. The best-performing K2 shell is the Powerlite Shell, which uses walls of varying thicknesses and four different types of TPU to offer the perfect balance between lightness and responsiveness. In addition, the technology MultiFit™ Last allows the shoe to adapt to a wide range of foot shapes, from 97 mm to 100 mm, thereby offering a personalised fit without the need for multiple foot shapes.
The Powerlock Spyne is designed for ski touring, offering 50 degrees of range of motion to make ascents easier whilst maintaining the necessary rigidity for a controlled descent. This feature enhances Friction Free Cuff Pivot the experience by reducing resistance whilst walking, making each step smoother and less tiring. The system Fastfit Instep makes it easier to slip the foot in and out thanks to a more flexible TPU material at the instep. What’s more, the shell and the back of the boot are adjustable Fully Heat Moldable, allowing for a fully customisable fit to suit every skier perfectly.
They Integrated Tech Fittings ensure compatibility with both alpine bindings Tech and ski DINtouring bindings, offering great versatility for those who switch between alpine skiing and ski touring. Finally, the system GripWalk ensures excellent grip on icy or snow-covered surfaces, thanks to two-part soles that can be replaced individually, thereby extending the boot’s lifespan.
