The Mega Mercury 2027 from the brand Capita is a high-end all-mountain snowboard designed for demanding riders who want to fully exploit the mountain's potential. Inspired by the versatility of the Mercury, it combines lightness, power, and precision thanks to a premium construction.
Its fairly stiff flex ensures excellent high-speed stability while retaining enough dynamism to tackle varied terrain. Its Directional shape with a 0.5" setback promotes control on descents and float in powder. The Resort V2 profile combines camber underfoot, raised contact points, and Flat Kick tips to offer reliable edge hold, quick edge-to-edge transitions, and more forgiving landings.
The New Age Progressive Death Grip™ sidecut enhances trajectory precision, even when the pace picks up. Its 3D Thermopolymer Starship Core™, made of selected poplar and recycled thermopolymer channels, optimises the weight-to-strength ratio while preserving powerful pop. The Hybrid Carbon Holysheet™ fiberglass combined with MegaCarbon™ and Magic Bean™ resin improves responsiveness without adding weight to the board.
